Mae Keshavarz, the mastermind behind KCI, a Civil engineer from University of Pittsburgh, has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. She has worked in different aspects of the construction industry in field, estimating, purchasing and cost management.

She has worked with two of the largest and most impressive construction company’s Moss Construction Management and Turner Construction before launching her own firm, KCI Construction in 2012.

When working for Turner & Moss Construction companies in Chicago & South Florida, she has estimated, purchased or managed, a diverse list of projects including: Marlins Stadium, Chicago Symphony center, O’Hare Airport, Nova Southeastern university, Holiday Inn restoration, Park place in Miami, Saint Clair in Chicago, Tao condos in Sunrise and several public schools to name a few.

Javid Kosari began renovating residential homes in 2012. Javid is passionate about what he does and begins every project by transforming and enhancing living spaces to meet the unique needs and desires of homeowners. Javid brings a blend of craftsmanship, design expertise, and project management skills to every renovation project.
